Resource: City of Alexandria Survey on COVID-19 Business Support Programs
The City of Alexandria Departments of Planning & Zoning and Transportation & Environmental Services seek feedback from residents, visitors, and businesses to inform proposals to make permanent certain COVID-19-related business support programs that City Council authorized in 2020. At its October 2021 public hearing, City Council will consider the closure of the 100 block of King Street to vehicles, the use of on-street parking spaces for dining, retail and fitness use, and the curbside loading zones for customer pick-up of food and merchandise as on-going and permanent programs. Take the survey.
