High Octane Ball

Old Town Festival of Speed & Style
Volunteers are needed for the full time period of 8:30 am to 3:30 pm with a discretionary meal break. All volunteers will be required to follow the current Covid-19 restrictions.
Several volunteers will be paired with a staff (Block Captains) to perform the following activities throughout the day:
- Remind attendees to follow the current Covid-19 restrictions and to note posted COVID protocol signs
- Handout the event program to attendees
- Handout the swag bags and owner program to the car owners
- Help to guide the cars to their spots, maintain direction of traffic flow, etc.
- Help car owners with their windshield placards
- Clean up during and after the event, pickup trash from the sidewalk and street
- Command tent setup and stocking, cleanup at end of the event
- Help owners and staff to keep public from leaning on or entering cars
Volunteers must be a minimum 16 years of age to participate. Each volunteer will get a colorful tee shirt to identify themselves as part of the event.
